Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully: Please, Login For Online Registration. For the Online Registration form, you need to register & activate an account with us through a valid Mobile Number. Click the "Generate Code" Button after entering your Mobile Number to register. Once you register with us, you will receive a SMS on your mobile from School "DAVSMS " from where you can have your password for the login account. Now you can login via your Mobile Number and password (provided by the School). After login fill the Registration form. If you receive a confirmation call from the school for admission, please bring the printout of the "Registration Form" along with all the applicable documents. Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete forms/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected. Documents required along with the Registration Form. Certificate in support of belonging to SC/ST/OBC (if applicable) Date of Birth Certificate of the Applicant from Municipal Corporation. Proof of Residence (Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/Electricity/MTNL bill/ VoterID/ Passport). Proof of Sibling, if applicable – latest fee receipt. Aadhaar Card of the Child & both the Parents Proof of Alumni (If Applicable)
